Description
The Barmouth Festival of Walking is going from strength to strength. In 2007 it was a finalist for a National Tourism Award in the community event section and further proof of success can be seen in the participants who return year after
year to enjoy eight days of guided walks around the Mawddach Estuary and Southern Snowdonia.
With 28 walks over the course of the festival, all led by knowledgeable local guides, there are walks for all abilities, ranging from short two hour rambles to full day, high level hikes, all in some of the finest walking countryside in Wales.
