Credits
BPA will credit the artist wherever reasonably practical.
No guaranteed use
Submission does not guarantee publication, shortlisting or selection for a cover or other promotional material.
Editing and presentation
BPA may resize or crop submitted images for website and social-media presentation. Any substantial alteration or adaptation for a printed cover will be discussed with the artist.
People shown in artwork or photography
The entrant is responsible for obtaining any permissions reasonably required from identifiable people featured in the submission, particularly children.
Closing date
Entries must be received by 8th October 2026 at 18.00. BPA may extend the closing date if necessary.
Selection
BPA will select the shortlist and retain final responsibility for any artwork chosen for a Visitor Guide cover or other promotional use. Public voting or comments may inform, but will not determine, the final selection.

Unsuitable content
BPA may decline to publish submissions that are unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, unsafe, unrelated to the theme or unsuitable for a general visitor audience.

Personal information
Contact details will be used to administer the project and contact entrants about their submission. They will not automatically be added to a marketing mailing list.

Withdrawal
An entrant may ask to withdraw their submission before shortlisting by contacting info@barmouth-wales.co.uk. BPA may not be able to recall posts already shared or reproduced by third parties.
