New in 2018 the remodelled Barmouth Station will be open providing a range of facilities for visitors and locals alike.

Information Point: All the details on local facilities and attractions. As well as information leaflets the point will have maps and guide books available to help you make the most of your visit.

Ticket Office: Whether it's a day trip along the Cambrian Coast Railway or a longer trip across Britain, all ticketing options are available to purchase on the day or in advance. 

Lounge Holidays: The letting agency manages a range of self catering properties in and around Barmouth. The office will also have details for local guest houses, B&Bs and self catering properties not managed by them. They offer a bed booking service.

Sunset Bay Lifestyle: Get your unique souvenir of Barmouth, many high quality household items (cushions, pictures, mugs, table mats etc) with images and maps of Barmouth on them.

Which Banks have branches in Barmouth?
There are now no banks in Barmouth. There are cashpoints on the High Street in the old Barclays bank and at the Co-op and the Spar.

Is there a Pharmacy?
Yes Rowlands Pharmacy is in the Cors y Gedol building opposite the Market car park.

And a Post Office?
Approximately halfway down the High Street (McColls Newsagents).

Which Supermarkets are there in Barmouth?
Co-operative, Iceland, Spar.

Where can I buy petrol/fuel?
Bradbury’s on Park Road or in Dyffryn (5 m) or Dolgellau (9 m).

When are Markets held?
Market Day is Thursday throughout the year, plus Sundays and Bank Holidays in the season.

Are dogs allowed on the beach?
Yes but restrictions are in place for certain areas of the beach (mainly the south section).
